The majority of the buyers are fish trader and producer from Bremerhaven. But everybody can participate at the auction. A lot of buyers from the inland use the possibility to buy the fish via telephone in their own name and order a local company to fillet and do the logistic.
Information about the auctioned fish is announce a few days before.
The Information contains:
- expected amount and size of the different species
- date of catch
- the way of catching the fish
All Information, include price, are daily updated and visible in the protected area. Registered members have fully access to all information.
